SHIPPING
We try to keep our shipping costs as simple as possible. All shipping rate will update automatically during checkout.
Within Australia:
Standard: $7
Express: $10
Rest of World:
Flat Rate: $20
Absolutely! We ship to a wide range of countries, likely including yours. Enter your shipping details at checkout and your order will update the shipping cost and details.
Not at the moment. With our focus on getting all our orders produced and shipped as fast as possible, allowing for pickup would slow this down for everyone. Hopefully, one day though.
We try and process all orders within 3 business days from when your order was placed. Occasionally, if something outside of our control affects this, it may be slighlty longer. You'll get a shipping confirmation email from us when it is on it's way to you.
RETURNS
We design our head covers and accessories to help you play your best on the course. So if they're not working perfectly for you, we'll sort you out. We give you 30 days to test our products, and if for any reason they aren't for you; you can return them within 30 days for a full refund.
Please reach out to us via our contact page with your order details and the issue. A refund will be issued once we receive your products.
ORDERS
You will receive an email once your order has shipped that will include tracking information. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email after 7 business days, please contact us to check the status of your order.
You should receive your order confirmation email at the time of your order. If you believe you have placed an order, but don't receive this email, please contact us to check the status of your order.
We can modify or cancel an order up to 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, we cannot make any changes as the products will be in production.
*CUSTOM COVERS: These cannot be cancelled or modified once placed as these orders cannot be resold.
If your order has not been shipped, we can likely change the shipping address if you reach out to us in time. Once your order has shipped though, we won't be able to change the shipping address.
WARRANTY
We only produce products that we believe are the best in the industry. But if you don't absolutely love your new items, within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return your purchase to Made Golf Co for any reason, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Items must be in original unused condition. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our product fault. We cannot accept items that are returned after 30 days or are in unsellable condition.
*Custom head covers and accessories are excluded from this 30 day return period and are non-refundable.
