GENERAL
It means that we don't buy a big batch of stock from the cheapest supplier possible and have it ready to ship the moment they're ordered. When you place an order, we literally, print it, cut it, stitch it, quality check it and then send it out to you.
This process means that we can produce a better quality product, as we're not held to minimum orders at a huge cost, that typically leads to cheaper products. Our process means that you end up with a better product to protect your golf clubs.
We typically aim to produce and ship all our head covers within 5 business days.
Yes! We've made thousands of head covers and fine tuned and over time we've refined the materials we use. All our head covers are now made with a 100% waterproof outer to protect your clubs on those wet weather days.
We use a process called sublimation printing to produce all our head covers. This process allows the ink to permeate and become part of the print media. This process is permanent, but over time, the item may lose colour due to the effect of UV rays if it is permanently exposed to direct sunlight.
OUR PRODUCTS
Our driver covers fit every version of driver out there. We've actually never found a drive that the driver cover doesn't fit. We've spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the sizing is not too small for anyone, yet not too large that it is excessive.
Absolutely. We actually make a large number of head covers for a range of other golf brands that you've likely already heard of. For single custom orders click the custom cover option in the menu. For large wholesale orders, head to our contact page and send us a message, we'll mockup what you're after so you can see the design before making any decisions.
HEAD COVER CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Although they don't need any direct care, if your covers get a little dirty from playing too much they are easily cleaned. Pre-soak with napi-san/stain remover if really dirty and place them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. Air dry afterwards and definitely no tumble drying for these ones.
